"Applications are invited for the post of Project fellow@ Rs 8000 /-(fixed) in a UGC sponsored research project entitled “ Effect of pentachlorophenol (PCP)on reproductive status of the catfish Heteropneustes fossilis” sanctioned for 3 years. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Qualifications required; consistently good academic record with atleast 55% marks in M.Sc in Zoology /life sciences or related subject ,preferably Fish reproductive biology and NET/GATE qualified. The upper age limit is 40 years, but relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit will be given to SC/ST/Physically handicapped/Female candidates.

All being equal SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules. Applications on plain paper giving bio -data along with qualifications, research experience etc.
